HC-2-X Driller Valve

The HC-2 combined pressure regulating valve is a 5/3-way reversing valve operated by a handle rod and can adjust the pressure. It consists of two two-position three-way reversing valves and a three-way pressure regulating valve. The pressure regulating valve provides intake air to the reversing valve. Two directional valves are connected to output port 1 and output port 3 respectively.

1. Characteristic:

The joystick is turned from the "off" position to the direction of increasing the throttle, and the No. 1 port outputs the pressure air source. As the handle rod moves further, the pressure at this port increases as the handle angle increases, gradually increasing the pressure to the rated maximum output pressure.

Reverse operation, the No. 3 port outputs the air source, the handle rod moves further, the pressure of this port increases with the increase of the handle angle, and the pressure gradually increases to the rated maximum output pressure.

The HC-2 combination valve can be used to control two clutches, two brakes, one clutch and one brake, two single-acting cylinders or one double-acting cylinder. Multiple controls with one handle. Weight: (4.2 kg)

2. Connection mode:

Connection port 1 is the output port, and the handle lever is activated in a clockwise direction from "closed" to the limit position.

Connection 2 is the air inlet (input).

Port 8 is blocked at the factory. Users can connect according to their needs. The output pressure is the same as port 1 and port 3.

Connection port 3 is the output port and the handle lever is actuated counter-clockwise from "closed" to the limit position.

3.Model analysis

HC-2-X Control Valve: Remove the force and the handle lever automatically returns to the "closed" position.

HC-2-FX Control Valve : External force is removed, handle remains in any position within working range. The friction of the brake pad unit can be adjusted.

HC-2-LX control valve: The handle lever is removed from the external force, and any position except the maximum limit pressure position can be locked, and any other position can be automatically returned to the closed position
