1. Characteristic:
Quick exhaust valve is a type of one-way directional valve. QF514D quick exhaust valve is composed of shell, pilot valve, spool clamp spring sealing ring and other parts. When compressed air is input into the air source port, the pilot valve and spool seal the exhaust port under the push of compressed air, and the compressed air enters the cylinder, air tire and other executive components through the outlet. When air mouth without compressed air input, actuators, and the output pressure of compressed air in pipe line is higher than the output pressure, pilot valve and the valve core is pushed into the output terminal, make to the vent outlet executive components and output of compressed air in pipe line rapidly emptying, the valve has the advantages of inlet and exhaust quickly, big circulation area.
QF514D quick vent valve is one of the most used pneumatic components in the pneumatic system of oil or geological exploration RIGS. It can also be used in workover RIGS and other pneumatic systems. The valve is generally installed in the actuator (cylinder, air tire clutch) and the air source input pipeline of pneumatic tools to achieve the purpose of rapid intake and exhaust.
