1. Characteristic:
The 23QB-L15 two-position, three-position normally closed gas-controlled reversing valve is a new advanced air control valve, which is a gas alternative to the original QF506 dual-use relay.
The 23QB-L15 two-position, three-position, normally closed air control valve consists of valve body, valve stem, valve cover, piston, lower cover, seal, spring and other components.
The valve has a gas source port (P), an output port (A), an exhaust port (O), and a control port (K).
Under the action of the control air, the piston in the valve moves forward, and the mesh core and seal open the air source port to the output port, while cutting off the output port from the exhaust port, thus operating the valve.
In the absence of control air, the output port is connected to the exhaust port and the compressed air in the actuator and output piping is evacuated through the exhaust port.
The valve is used in pneumatic control systems for oil rigs and geological exploration rigs to control and close the inlet and outlet air from a distance. The valve can also be used in the pneumatic systems of other equipment.
