1. Characteristic:
HD-2 combined pressure regulating valve is a composite handle rod type reversing valve, which consists of two two-position three-way reversing valves and a three-way pressure regulating valve.
There are air inlet 2, working ports 1 and 3, and booster port 8, a total of 4 connection ports.
The initial handle lever is in the neutral position (i.e. the closed position), and the air supply is in port 2. When the joystick is moved 11° to either side from the neutral closed position, either port 1 or port 3 supplies full intake pressure. The other port is still open to the atmosphere. Continue to operate the handle lever in the same direction. At this time, the pressure regulating valve is opened, and at the same time, port 8 starts to output variable pressure air source. With the increase of handle angle, the pressure of port 8 gradually increases to the rated maximum output pressure.
This valve is mainly used to control the steering and reverse clutch and throttle of the engine. It is also suitable for applications combining lever-operated directional control and pressure control. Weight: 4.2 kg.
2. Connection mode:
Connection No. 1 -- Output, when the handle bar is moved clockwise to 11° from "middle", the system inlet pressure is output.
Port 2 is the air inlet.
Connection No. 3 -- Output, when the handle bar is moved from "middle" counterclockwise to 11°, the system inlet pressure is output.
No. 8 connection port -- output, continue to operate the handle lever to any direction, at this time port 8 output variable pressure (0~ rated pressure).
3. Model analysis
HD-2-X Control Valves -- When the operating force is removed, the handle lever returns itself from any position to the "neutral" or "closed" position of the valve.
HD-2-FX Control Valve -- The handle lever can be held in any position within the operating range. Holding friction can be adjusted.
HD-2-LX Control Valve - When the manual handle lever is moved out of the locked position (extreme travel position), the external force is removed and the handle lever can automatically return to the valve's "intermediate" or "closed" position.
