Eight shift cylinders are the main shift driving parts for large well repair machines or other heavy equipment operation and walking. The piston of the shift cylinder and the compressed air source of the action generated by the stop ring at all levels are realized through the operation of the eight shift valves.
In the cylinder and shift valve air system, shift valve for the control element, shift cylinder for the implementation of the element.
The structure principle of the shift cylinder is shown in the figure, the cylinder has a piston 14, there are six stop ring 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, piston 14 fixed in the piston rod 2, 11, 12, 13 three stop ring set on the tie rod, can slide on the piston rod 2; large spring 6 and small spring 7 compression before the spring seat 8, stop ring spring 10 after the spring seat 8 for the seat compression stop ring 11, stop ring 11, 12, 13 and piston 14 tightly together. When no air pressure enters the inside of the shift cylinder, the stop ring 11, 12, 13 and piston 14 are balanced by the action of the outer spring 6, inner spring 7 and stop ring spring 10, and are stationary in the position shown in the figure. In the part of the piston rod extending out of the cylinder, there are various gear position scales, then the current position of the stop ring and piston is the empty unit position of the shift cylinder.
Stop ring 16, 17 set in the rod 20, 18 fixed in the rod 20, no air pressure into when, that is, when the shift cylinder in neutral, they can be in any position in their respective range of activity.
Eight shift cylinder has eight intake holes, 1A, 6A, 3A, 3, 2, 5, 3, 6, 1, the location of the intake holes, the name and the location of the role of the input air pressure as shown in Figure
