1. Characteristic:

23QA-L8 two-position three-way pneumatic control valve is a new type of pneumatic control reversing valve, is the original QF506 dual-use relay valve of the modified generation of products.

23QA-L8 two-position three-way pneumatic control valve is mainly composed of valve body, stem, spool, piston, spring, seal and other parts. The valve has a gas source port (P), an output (A), an exhaust port (O) and a control port (K).

The valve can be used as a normally disconnected or normally open type according to actual needs.

When used as a normally disconnected type, the connection is made according to the air port symbol.

When used as a normally open type, only the exhaust port 0 needs to be changed to the gas source port: When used as a normally closed type, the piston in the valve moves forward under the action of the control gas, and the upper spool seals with the valve seat, cutting off the passage between the output port and the exhaust port, and the gas source port is connected to the output port.

In the absence of control air, the output port is connected to the exhaust port, and the compressed air in the actuator and output line is connected to the empty through the exhaust port.

When used as a constant-pass type, the output port is connected to the exhaust port when there is no control air input, and the compressed air is delivered directly to the actuator through the valve's internal channel. When there is control air input, the valve is closed and no compressed air is output.

The valve has the advantages of smooth operation, simple installation, small slippage, large circulation area, etc.

The valve is the control circuit of oil drilling rigs, geological exploration rigs and well repair rigs with large gas flow. Such as the clutch and cylinder control circuit of drilling rigs, also used in the interchange circuit of anti-touch overhead crane device and the automatic opening and closing circuit of air compressor. The valve can also be used in the pneumatic system of other devices.
