1.Remove the existing pull rod and apply lubricating grease to the three parts of the pull rod. Then reinstall it.
2. Install the pneumatic lock cutter unit. Use three bolts to align the flange of the pneumatic lock cutter with the existing frequency converter cover plate. Before tightening the three bolts, make sure to adjust correctly. Press the sleeve of the pneumatic lock cutter to align with the external hexagon of the pull rod and ensure it is coaxial.
3. Use two bolts (including a M5X25mm bolt) to remove the two existing bolts from the bottom of the speed selection gearshift of the milling machine, and install the button valve valve frame on the speed selection gearshift of the milling machine.
4. Connect the air pipe to the back of the air filter.
5. Connect the compressed air pipe (two pipes 1# and 2# included) from the button valve to the pneumatic lock cutter. Note: Do not make the air pipe bend sharply.
6. During each cycle, the air pressure must be 90 P.S.I. (6.5KG/CM2). The air pressure of the air pressure reducing valve should be set to at least 90 P.S.I. (6.5KG/CM2). Set the oil mister's oil supply to 2 drops/min to achieve optimal performance.
7. Keep the cutter handle free of chips and oil stains to facilitate easy pressing and avoid damaging the threads.
