I. Characteristics:
The 23QK-L15 two-position three-way normally open pneumatic control valve is a new type of pneumatic control valve, serving as a redesigned and upgraded replacement for the original QF506 dual-purpose relay.
The 23QK-L15 two-position three-way normally open control valve consists of components such as the valve body, valve stem, valve cover, piston, bottom cover, seals, and spring.
This valve has one air supply port (P), one output port (A), one exhaust port (O), and one control port (K). When no control air is applied, the air supply port is connected to the output port, keeping the valve in a normally open state. When control air is supplied, the valve’s piston and spool move forward, shutting off the passage between the air supply port and the output port while simultaneously opening the passage between the output port and the exhaust port. As a result, the compressed air within the actuator and the output line is exhausted through the hold-off port. This valve is widely used in pneumatic control systems for oil drilling rigs and geological exploration rigs, particularly in applications requiring long-distance remote control as well as close-range air intake and release. It can also be employed in pneumatic systems of other equipment.
