Combined Pressure Regulating Valve

II. Characteristics
The ZTMR6-L6-D, ZTMR6-L6-3D, and ZTMR6-L10-3D combination pressure regulators are composed of two 2/3-way directional control valves connected in parallel with a single pressure regulator. They are critical master control valves used in gas valves for oil well workover rigs, effectively functioning as a 5/6-way directional control valve. Initially, the handle lever is positioned in the middle (closed) position. When the lever is moved from the middle closed position toward either side by an angle of 11°, either port A or port B will deliver full inlet pressure to the respective port, while port C remains connected to the atmosphere. If the lever continues to be operated in the same direction, port C will then begin delivering a variable-pressure air supply. As the handle angle increases, the pressure at port C gradually rises until it reaches the rated maximum output pressure.
The ZTMR6-L6-F combination pressure regulator valve is composed of two 2/3-way directional control valves connected in series with a pressure reducing valve. Like the ZTMR6-L6-D, it is a critical valve component specifically designed for use with parallel-mounted equipment. It functions similarly to a 3/5-way directional control valve: when the air source is supplied to port P, and either handle lever is operated in either direction, ports A or B will begin to deliver a variable-pressure air supply. As the handle angle increases, the output pressure gradually rises up to the rated maximum output pressure. Port C is sealed at the factory; users can open this port according to their actual needs. The output pressure from port C will be identical to that from ports A and B. The handle can automatically return to its neutral position.
ZTMR6-L6-XW Limit-Combination Pressure Regulating Valve: When the manual lever is moved out of the locked position, the lever can automatically return to the closed position.
ZTMR6-L6-DX and ZTMR6-L6-DF Reset Combination Pressure Regulating Valves: When the operating handle lever is moved 11° in either direction, port A or port B will deliver full pressure. Continuing to operate the handle lever in the same direction will cause port C to begin delivering a variable air supply pressure, which gradually increases with the angle of the handle lever until it reaches the rated maximum output pressure. Once the operating force is removed, the handle lever automatically returns to the “middle” or “closed” position.
