Electro-hydraulic directional control valve series
I. Characteristics:
The two-position three-way solenoid-operated shut-off valve is a spool-type directional control valve with end-face sealing. It comes in two structural types: "normally closed" and "normally open." This series of valves has low requirements for air purification, strong resistance to dust, and offers a wide range of specifications with large bore sizes. It is commonly used to control actuating elements such as single-acting cylinders and diaphragm cylinders, and is also extensively employed in pneumatically controlled process circuits. If the exhaust port is blocked, the valve can be converted into a two-position two-way switch. For certain large-bore double-acting cylinders, it can be difficult to install a two-position five-way valve with a bore diameter exceeding 32 mm. In such cases, a combination of one normally open and one normally closed two-position three-way shut-off valve can be used to effectively address this challenge.
Valves in this series with port sizes ranging from 6 to 25 mm feature plate-type connections, while those with port sizes of 32 mm or larger have flange-type connections.
