Pneumatic directional control valve
The 23JQ-L15 is used in high-volume control circuits for oil drilling rigs, geological exploration rigs, workover rigs, and other similar equipment—for example, clutch and cylinder control circuits in drilling rigs. It can also be employed in the switching circuits of anti-overturning bridge cranes and in the automatic on-off circuits of air compressors. I. Characteristics
The 23JQ-L15 pneumatic directional control valve is used in high-flow control circuits for oil drilling rigs, geological exploration rigs, workover rigs, and similar equipment—for instance, in clutch and cylinder control circuits of drilling rigs. It can also be employed in the switching circuits of anti-overturning bridge cranes and in the automatic on-off circuits of air compressors. This valve is furthermore suitable for use in the pneumatic systems of other types of equipment.
This valve features a shut-off design and is used for controlling the opening and closing of flow, as well as for switching and distributing flow. Depending on actual requirements, it can be configured either in a normally closed type (see the interface diagram) or in a normally open type (with P and O ports interchanged). The valve body is die-cast from aluminum alloy, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, lightweight construction, and a robust appearance free of burrs. The 23JQ-L15 is an improved version of the original QF506 dual-purpose relay; it is an advanced, new-generation pneumatic control valve.
