I. Characteristics:
In a pneumatic control system, this device can sequentially input control signals to the control elements. It is used in switching circuits that require both manual and automatic operation. It serves as a replacement or upgrade for QF510.
The梭阀 is primarily composed of components such as the valve body, valve cover, and valve. It has two inlet ports, P1 and P2, and one working port, A. After compressed air enters through port P1, the airflow will close the air passages connecting ports P1 and A, thereby opening the air passage between ports P2 and A. This allows the valve to control the inflation and deflation of high- and low-speed pneumatic tires by directing air flow in two different directions.
A shuttle valve can be regarded as being composed of two one-way valves. It has a simple structure and features only one spool inside, which moves back and forth to achieve directional switching.
The spool of the shuttle valve is made of a combination of brass and rubber, which simultaneously ensures both wear resistance and sealing performance, thereby extending the service life of the shuttle valve. This valve is primarily used in control circuits for pneumatic systems in oil drilling rigs, workover rigs, marine vessels, and mining equipment.
