I. Characteristics:
The 23QB-L15 two-position three-way normally closed pneumatic directional control valve is a new, advanced pneumatic valve that serves as a pneumatic replacement for the original QF506 dual-purpose relay.
The 23QB-L15 two-position three-way normally closed pneumatic control valve consists of components such as a valve body, valve stem, valve cover, piston, lower cover, seals, and spring.
This valve has a pneumatic inlet (P), an outlet (A), a vent port (O), and a control port (K).
Under the action of controlled air, the piston inside the valve moves forward, opening the connection between the air source port and the output port while simultaneously cutting off the connection between the output port and the exhaust port, thereby operating the valve.
In the absence of controlled air, the outlet is connected to the exhaust port, and the compressed air in the actuator and output pipeline is exhausted through the exhaust port.
This valve is used in the pneumatic control systems of oil drilling rigs and geological exploration rigs to remotely control and shut off the inlet and outlet air. The valve can also be used in the pneumatic systems of other equipment.
