The 23QB-L8 two-position three-way normally closed pneumatic valve is a new type of pneumatic valve, serving as a redesigned and upgraded replacement for the original QF506 dual-purpose relay.
The 23QB-L8 two-position three-way normally closed pneumatic control valve consists of components such as the valve body, valve spool, adjustment cover, piston, bottom cover, seals, and springs.
The 23QB-L8 two-position three-way normally closed pneumatic valve has one air supply port (P), one output port (A), one exhaust port (0), and one control port (K). Under the action of control air, the valve’s piston moves forward, causing the valve core and sealing elements to open the connection between the air supply port and the output port while simultaneously blocking the passage between the output port and the exhaust port. When no control air is present, the output port is connected to the exhaust port, and the compressed air within the actuator and the output line is exhausted through the exhaust port.
The 23QB-L8 two-position three-way normally-closed pneumatic valve is used in the pneumatic control systems of oil drilling rigs and geological exploration drilling rigs for long-distance control as well as for close-range air intake and exhaust operations. This valve can also be employed in the pneumatic systems of other equipment.
