It is commonly installed between the cylinder and the directional control valve.
2. For large-sized rapid exhaust valves, the rubber valve core is embedded with a metal skeleton in the middle, which both enhances rigidity and ensures sealing performance.
The KPJa-L10 quick exhaust valve is a newly developed component—both imported and domestically produced—for the pneumatic systems of oil drilling rigs, geological exploration rigs, and workover rigs. It also serves as a replacement for the older QF514 quick exhaust valve. This valve is primarily installed on the air supply lines connected to actuating elements (such as cylinders and pneumatic clutches) and pneumatic tools, enabling rapid air intake and exhaust.
