I. Characteristics
The QF515 unidirectional gas valve is an auxiliary component used for pipeline connections. It serves as a coupling device that connects a stationary gas pipeline to a rotating gas pipeline. The valve consists of a housing, a central tube (flushing tube), bearings, sealing rings, a spring, and an inlet end cap. The central tube is connected to the rotating shaft, and under the action of the spring, the sealing ring seals tightly against the end face of the central tube, thereby forming a passage. Compressed air enters through the inlet port and exits via this passage.
The QF515 one-way air valve is one of the most widely used auxiliary components in the pneumatic systems of oil drilling rigs, geological exploration rigs, and well-completion machines. It is primarily used on the input line of air-operated clutches but can also be employed in other pneumatic systems.
