One. Description
The six-position shift valve is used in conjunction with the six-position shift cylinder. The six-position shift valve controls the six-position shift cylinder to realize the operation of the engine. 2 Working principle
Six-position shift valve, there are six working positions, neutral N, F1, F2, F3, F4, F5. The handle evenly distributes 6 positions on the arc between neutral gear N and F5. The connecting plate has 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 ports as connecting ports. The working principle of the six-position shift valve: the six-position shift valve enters neutral N, is in the idling state, and then enters the FI gear forward, the engine starts to rotate at the slowest speed and continues to enter the F2 ~ F5 gear. The speed increases, and the user's selection is suitable Speed to work.
First of all, the air inlet is the P port on the side, the No. 4 port is the exhaust port, and the No. 1 port is blocked and discarded.

Three. Precautions
1. The use pressure is 0.45-0.6Mpa, above which the service life will be reduced and the operation will be laborious.
2. The six-position shift valve is a precision valve, and the working medium is clean, anhydrous and lubricated air, so the air control system needs to be used in conjunction with the air source treatment triad. Achieving these two points can greatly increase the service life of the six-position shift valve.
