I. Characteristics
The QF502B 2+3-position pneumatic switch is a combined valve consisting of a two-way pneumatic switch and a three-way pneumatic switch, housed in a single enclosure. Inside the enclosure, an interlock mechanism composed of two steel balls and a cylindrical pin ensures safe operation. This interlock mechanism guarantees that only when one of the valves is in the neutral (default) position can the other valve be operated.
The OF502B 2+3-position pneumatic switch is primarily used in the pneumatic systems of oil and geological exploration drilling rigs and workover units, with its most common application currently being the high- and low-speed control of the drawworks on oil drilling rigs.
