Electro-hydraulic directional control valve series
I. Characteristics:
The 2/3-way electrically controlled shut-off valve is a face-sealed, shut-off type directional control valve available in two structural configurations: normally closed and normally open. This series of valves features low air-purification requirements, strong resistance to dust, and a wide range of sizes and nominal diameters. It is commonly used to control single-acting pneumatic cylinders and diaphragm cylinders, as well as extensively employed in programmable pneumatic circuits. By blocking the exhaust port, it can be configured as a 2/2-way on-off valve. For certain large-diameter double-acting cylinders, it is often difficult to implement a 2/5-way valve with a nominal diameter of 32 mm or greater; in such cases, a combined control scheme using one normally open and one normally closed 2/3-way shut-off valve can effectively address this challenge.
Valves in this series with nominal diameters from 6 to 25 mm feature plate mounting, while those 32 mm and larger use flange mounting.
