I. Characteristics
The HC-2 combined pressure regulator is a three-position, five-way directional control valve operated by a handle lever and capable of pressure regulation. It consists of two two-position, three-way directional control valves and one three-way pressure regulator. The pressure regulator supplies air to the directional control valves. Each of the two directional control valves is connected to output port 1 and output port 3, respectively.
The joystick is moved from the “off” position toward the throttle‑up direction, and pressurized air is supplied to port 1. As the lever is further displaced, the pressure at this port rises in proportion to the lever’s angular displacement, gradually increasing until it reaches the rated maximum output pressure.
In the reverse operation, with the air supply at port 3, further movement of the handle lever causes the pressure at this port to rise as the handle angle increases, gradually reaching the rated maximum output pressure.
The HC-2 combination valve can be used to control two clutches, two brakes, one clutch and one brake, two single‑acting cylinders, or one double‑acting cylinder. Multiple functions are operated with a single lever. Weight: 4.2 kg.
II. Connection Mode
The connection port 1 is an output port; the handle lever starts in the clockwise direction when moved from the “off” position to its limit.
The connection port 2 is the air inlet (input port).
Port 8 is sealed at the factory. Users may connect it as needed. The output pressure is the same as that at ports 1 and 3.
The connection port 3 is an output port; the handle lever is activated in the counterclockwise direction, moving from the “off” position to its limit.
III. Model Analysis
HC-2-X Reset Master Drum Driller Valve: Remove external force, and the handle lever automatically returns to the “Closed” position.
HC-2-FX positioning main drum driller valve: With external force removed, the handle can be held at any position within the operating range. The friction of the brake block assembly is adjustable.
HC-2-LX limit‑position main roller driller valve: When the handle lever is released, it can automatically return to the closed position at any setting except the maximum pressure‑limit position, which remains locked.
