I. Characteristics
The HC-2 modular pressure regulator valve is a three-position, five-way directional control valve operated by a handle lever and capable of pressure regulation. It consists of two two-position, three-way directional control valves and one three-way pressure regulator valve. The pressure regulator valve supplies inlet air to the directional control valves, with each of the two directional control valves connected to outlet port 1 and outlet port 3, respectively.
When the control lever is moved from the “off” position in the direction of increasing throttle, pressurized air is supplied from port 1. As the lever is further displaced, the pressure at this port increases with the lever angle, gradually rising to the rated maximum output pressure.
In the reverse operation, with the air supply at port 3, further movement of the handle lever causes the pressure at this port to increase as the handle angle increases, gradually reaching the rated maximum output pressure.
The HC-2 combination valve can be used to control two clutches, two brakes, one clutch and one brake, two single-acting cylinders, or one double-acting cylinder. Multiple control functions are achieved with a single lever. Weight: 4.2 kg.
II. Connection Mode
Connection port 1 is the output port; rotate the handle clockwise from the “off” position to the limit position to start.
Connection port 2 is the intake (input) port.
Port 8 is sealed at the factory. Users may connect it as needed. The output pressure is the same as that at Ports 1 and 3.
Connection port 3 is the output port; rotate the handle lever counterclockwise to activate it, moving from the “off” position to the limit position.
III. Model Analysis
HC-2-X Reset Master Drum Driller Valve: Remove external force, and the handle lever will automatically return to the “Closed” position.
HC-2-FX positioning master drum driller valve: Remove external force, and the handle can be held in any position within the operating range. The friction of the brake shoe assembly can be adjusted.
HC-2-LX limit-position master roller driller valve: When the handle lever is released, the valve can automatically return to the closed position from any position except the maximum pressure limit setting, where it can be locked.
