I. Characteristics
The HE-2 control valve is a compound lever-type directional control valve, consisting of a 2-position, 3-way directional control valve and a 3-way pressure-regulating section.
It has one output port, two input ports, and eight pressurization ports, for a total of three working ports.
The first 10° of handle lever travel from the “closed” position opens inlet port 1 and delivers full supply pressure. Further handle lever movement controls the pressure regulator section, with outlet port 8 providing a variable supply pressure that increases with increasing handle angle, up to the rated maximum output pressure.
The HE-2 main drum driller valve is primarily used to control the engine clutch and throttle. Weight: 4.2 kg
II. Connection Mode
Port 1 is the outlet port; when the handle lever is rotated 10° clockwise from the “closed” position, the full inlet pressure is delivered at the outlet.
Port 2 is the input port.
To increase the throttle at port 8, continue moving the control lever clockwise, gradually raising the output pressure at port 8 to the rated maximum pressure. Port 3 is blocked and discarded.
III. Model Analysis
HE-2-X Reset One-Way Control Valve — When the handle lever is in any position under output pressure, the operating force is canceled, and the valve instantly returns to the minimum-pressure position.
HE-2-FX Positioning One-Way Control Valve—The handle lever can be held at any output pressure setting. Friction is adjustable.
HE-2-LX Limiting One-Way Control Valve — When the handle lever is moved out of the locked (maximum pressure) position, it automatically returns to the closed position.
