2. For large-diameter quick-exhaust valves, the rubber valve core is fitted with a metal skeleton in its center, which both enhances stiffness and ensures tight sealing.
The KPJa-L10 quick exhaust valve is a newly developed component, both imported and domestically produced, for the pneumatic systems of oil drilling rigs, geological exploration drilling rigs, and workover units. It also serves as the successor to the older QF514 quick venting valve. This valve is primarily installed on the air supply lines of actuating elements—such as pneumatic cylinders and pneumatic tire clutches—and pneumatic tools, enabling rapid air intake and exhaust.
