The QY494 unidirectional gas-guide tap is an auxiliary component used for pipeline connection and calibration. It serves as a coupling device that connects a stationary gas pipeline to a rotating gas pipeline. The assembly consists of a housing, a central tube (orifice tube), bearings, sealing rings, springs, and an inlet-end cover. The central tube is connected to the rotating shaft, and under spring pressure, the sealing rings make a tight seal against the end face of the central tube, thereby forming a passage. Compressed air enters through the inlet port and exits via this passage.

I. Characteristics
